Everyday, this mother and daughter team go into the kitchen with the goal of turning sugar and flour into inspiring handmade desserts that excite the tongue. And while you may never know what they’re going to create, one thing is certain—you’ll always want more.

Chef Paulette De La Rosa

After working in the restaurant industry for nine years, Paulette decided to pursue a degree in baking and pastry at the New England Culinary Institute in Montpelier, Vermont. After graduating, she started The Whirling Whisk Baking Company with her mother. Lily. Their shared goal is to make delicious and unique desserts that are safe for people with peanut and tree-nut allergies. And hopefully, to maintain a retail presence in specialty stores.
